The cats and dogs listed on this site have been impounded by Fort Bend County Animal Services. If you have lost your pet, review the entire list. Please report a lost or found pet.
Every attempt has been made to list all impounded animals in a timely manner, however, there may be circumstances that prevent your pet from being listed. Searching through the web page should not be considered a substitute for personally coming to the Fort Bend County Animal Services and looking for your lost pet.
Since only you can identify your pet, you should personally visit Fort Bend County Animal Services and are encouraged to do so each day. If you have located your pet on this web site, please call Fort Bend County Animal Services at 281-342-1512 and identify your pet by the Pet Identification Number listed on this website. Fort Bend County Animal Services staff will advise you of identification and redemption procedures.
To ensure that an animal is returned to its rightful owner, you may be asked to provide vaccination history or a photograph of your pet. You will be asked to verify the area where your pet was lost; and the date you last saw your pet. You will also need to bring a valid driver’s license or Texas ID card and must be 18 years of age or have a parent present to redeem your pet.
Updating of this information is continuous. Photographs and/or descriptions of our animals are deleted whenever an animal is adopted, or returned to its owner, etc. The information contained here is from the Fort Bend County Animal Services. However, your animal could be housed at other shelters, so please follow up with all possible agencies.
