Effective January 1, 2016

Pursuant to H.B. No. 2182 the Jury Fee will increase to $40.00 on both Civil and Criminal collections.

Criminal Jury Fee will change from $20.00 to $40.00

SECTION 2. Article 102004 (a), Code of Criminal Procedure

Civil Jury Fee will change from $30.00 to $40.00

SECTION 5. Section 51.604 (a), Government Code

Effective September 1, 2015

Pursuant to SB 1139; Section 51.8514 (b) the statewide e-Filing Fee will increase from $20.00 - $30.00 and will apply to all case initiations fee and civil actions (except for Fraudulent Liens) & (other than actions outlined in Family Codes 110.002, 2361.202 & 231.204).

 

E-Filing Fee will increase from $20.00 to $30.00

  • Amended Petitions
  • Application for Receiver
  • Application for TRO Filed After Original Petition has been Filed
  • Motion for Continuance
  • Motion for Judgment
  • Motion for Sanctions

Personal checks, money orders, cashiers checks, checks from law office accounts and insurance checks are accepted.  Out-of-state checks are not accepted.  Please show style and cause number on your remittance.
