The information necessary for applying for Program Year 2020 funds.
The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) has not notified grantees of their actual FY 2020 allocation amounts covered by the Consolidated Annual Action Plan. Previously, HUD has recommended that grantees include “contingency language” explaining how the proposed plan will be adjusted to reflect actual allocation amounts and has instructed grantees not to submit their Consolidated Plans and/or Annual Action Plans until HUD notifies grantees of their actual allocation amounts.
The estimated amount of CDBG Program funds that Fort Bend County expects to receive directly for the HUD program year 2020 (September 1, 2020 to August 31, 2021) is $3,090,195, the amount received for FY 2019.
