The Honorable Toni M. Wallace is a proud resident of Fort Bend County for more than 30 years. I was educated in Fort Bend County schools. I moved back to Fort Bend County shortly after I completed my studies at the University of Texas in Austin. After earning my JD from South Texas College of Law, I have been a practicing attorney for 13 years. My tenure as an attorney began in civil litigation and eventually led to the Fort Bend County District Attorney's Office. I served as an Assistant District Attorney for 4 years before my unanimous appointment by the County Commissioners to serve a one-year term as the inaugural judge for a County Court at Law in Fort Bend County.

My entire career as an attorney has been rewarding and challenging from a personal and professional perspective. Simply put, I love the law. The opportunity to serve others by using the law has been my esteemed privilege. My service to the Fort Bend community began many years ago. I want to continue to serve Fort Bend County.

The Honorable Toni M. Wallace was elected as Judge of County Court at Law No. 4, in January 2018, and in January 2019, was selected by her peers to serve as Administrative Judge over all the County Courts at Law.
