In addition to a highly visible presence in Fort Bend County, Precinct Four provides supplemental patrol services on a contractual basis through our highly respected Contract Patrol service.  The Constable's Office currently has supplemental patrol contracts in Sweetwater, New Territory, Riverstone, Long Meadow Farms, Fieldstone, Woodbridge,Harvest Green, and Four Corners subdivisions.  We currently have 22 deputies assigned to the patrol division.

This program has been in operation since 1992 and has been proven to be a cost-effective supplement to taxpayer assisted law enforcement services already provided by local and county agencies. We are proud of the success of this program and encouraged by the community response received from residents of these subdivisions.

Success of our contract patrol is largely due to the priority we give to highly visible community policing and our approach to community-assisted crime prevention efforts. The contracting governing board is provided a comprehensive report of all activity performed by all deputies in their patrol contract and are constantly updated on any crime problems we encounter.  Each program is explained in detail through the links to the left.

If your subdivision’s HOA / POA or MUD is interested in a patrol contract with our agency, Please contact Chief Deputy John G. Hermann at
