Effective August 16, 2019

University of Houston - SL has announced a new paid parking policy that will take effect on August 16, 2019. HOWEVER, Fort Bend County Park and Ride users DO NOT need a UHSL permit. FREE Commuter parking will still be available in designated areas of Lot #3 near the shuttle shelter or near where the new one is being installed.  Please look for the large white boxes painted on the pavement that designate where you may park.  More signage will be posted in the next few weeks. Starting in Mid-August the University will have staff in the area to make sure that UH faculty, staff or students are NOT parking in the area designated for Fort Bend County commuters.  UHSL staff will be ticketing offenders and taking other administrative actions to protect these spaces from abuse. Fort Bend Transportation is working diligently with UHSL to ensure adequate parking is available for our riders. We thank you for your corporation and your continued patience through this change.  For more information, please call the Fort Bend Transit Office @ 281-633-7433 or UHSL Office @ 832-842-1097.
