Serving Richmond and Rosenberg

On Tuesday, April 14, 2015, Commissioners Court approved the Interlocal Agreements to provide transit services to the citizens of the cities of Richmond and Rosenberg.

Some of the existing Demand Response Service in the Richmond / Rosenberg area will be converted to Point Deviation Route Service. Transportation will be provided 252 (service) days of the year (excluding county holidays and emergency closures).

Point Deviation Route Service operates along a fixed route and keeps to a timetable, but the bus or van can deviate from the route to go to a specific location, such as a house, child care center, or employment site. Once the pick-up or drop-off is made, the vehicle returns to the fixed route.
