Division Supervisor - Projects

Rosalinda Salinas is the Civil Division Supervisor for the Fort Bend County District Clerk’s Office. She has been employed with Fort Bend County in the District Clerk’s Office since 2002.  Rosalinda has experience in the Family, Criminal and Civil departments of the office.  The Civil department consists of 16 employees who handle all civil cases filed in the district courts along with passports, expunctions, appeals, exhibits, transfers, severances and consolidations.
