Below is the immunization schedule for the Clinical Health Services department at the East End Annex in Missouri City. Days and times are subject to change without prior notice.

Due to recent changes to the Texas Department of State Health Services' Texas Vaccines for Children (TVFC) and Adult Safety Net (ASN) Programs eligibility policy, the following changes are now in effect:

  • Adults covered by insurance can no longer receive vaccines at this clinic. Contact your physician for your vaccine needs.
  • Fully insured children can no longer receive vaccines from the Texas Vaccines for Children (TVFC) program. Contact your physician for their vaccine needs.
  • Children, whose insurance does not cover required vaccines or who are covered by CHIP (Children's Health Insurance Program) or Medicaid, please call our office for more information.
  • Children, who are American Indian or an Alaskan Native, please call our office for more information.


A Current Immunization Record, Minors Must Be Accompanied By Parent Or Legal Guardian With Papers.
