The Fort Bend County Sheriff’s Office Crime Scene Unit conducts fingerprinting for the residents of Fort Bend County on Tuesdays between the hours of 8:30AM to 10:30AM and again from 12:30 PM to 3:30PM (excluding county holidays).
These fingerprints are done in ink or on live scan and will be given back to the individual being fingerprinted. If the company requiring your fingerprints wants your fingerprints sent to them electronically, the Sheriff’s Office cannot conduct this type of service. There is a $15.00 charge for public fingerprints and needs to be paid at the Records Lobby. The Records Clerk can only accept exact cash, check, or money order. You must have a government issued photo Identification with you (Passport, Driver's License, State Identification Card). The dress code is business casual as you will be entering the secured area of the Sheriff’s Office.
