A mandatory pre-bid conference with mandatory site visit will be conducted on Tuesday, July 21, 2020 at 10:00AM (cst). The mandatory pre-bid conference will be held in the Fort Bend County Sheriff’s Office Lobby located at 1410 Richmond Parkway, Richmond, Texas 77469. A mandatory site visit will commence immediately following the pre-bid. This is the only date and time vendors will be permitted to complete a site visit and job measurements. Attendance is mandatory and all interested vendors must attend to discuss the requirements of this bid. Vendors must wear face mask The pre-bid and site visit will not be rescheduled due to tardiness or any other issues that may arise; no exceptions.
