Under and by virtue of an Order of Sale issued on the 11th day of December, 2019 by the 434th Judicial District Court of Fort Bend County, Texas in cause # 14-DCV-216962 in favor of the Plaintiff – Villages Of Town Center Owners Association, Inc. Plaintiff, for the sum of $7,740.84 ++++costs as taxed on said Execution and / or Order of Sale and further the sum of executing the same. Therefore, on the 18th day of December, 2019, I, Constable Mike Beard of Precinct One Fort Bend County, have levied on and have seized all rights, title, interest, and claim to which the said Defendant(s) – Rodolfo Albarran had of, in, or to the following described real property, and will offer for sale on the 4th day of February, 2020 at the William B.
