Under and by virtue of an Order of Sale issued on the 17th day of December, 2019 by the 400th Judicial District Court of Fort Bend County, Texas in cause # 19-DCV-262464 in favor of the Plaintiff – Villages Of Town CTR OAI Plaintiff, for the sum of $6,045.43 ++++costs as taxed on said Execution and / or Order of Sale and further the sum of executing the same. Therefore, on the 30th day of December, 2019, I, Constable Mike Beard of Precinct One Fort Bend County, have levied on and have seized all rights, title, interest, and claim to which the said Defendant(s) – Alexander Donohue had of, in, or to the following described real property, and will offer for sale on the 3rd day of March, 2020 at the William B.
