Each summer the Fort Bend County Collaborative Information System program provides school supply packets to Fort Bend County students from pre-K through 12th grade. Students must attend a school located in Fort Bend County.
School Supply Registration Date: Monday, June 14th 9 am - 7pm (office closed 12pm – 1pm for lunch)
Each parent must bring:
Photo ID
Proof of residency/address
Documentation for each student (one of these: birth certificate, report card or social security card)
Student free and reduced lunch card
Location: East Fort Bend Human Needs Ministry or Fort Bend County Social Services. You must show up at one of these locations and register in person.
