Texas A&M AgriLife Extension will conduct a 3-hour Preserving the Bounty workshop on salsa and relish for home consumption on Friday, May 22, from 9:00 AM -12:00 PM at the Fort Bend County Extension Office in Rosenberg. Registration ends Friday, May 15th.

Home Food Preservation classes show how this can be a fun and rewarding way to keep foods long after the season ends.
