If you wish to hand deliver an appeal during that time, please take the appeal to Dottie Allen at the Gus George Academy at 1521 Eugene Heimann Circle Richmond, Texas 77469. Your appeal will be stamped "Filed" and picked up the next business day.
Please be advised it is recommended that you file your appeal online at the Civil Service webpage and complete the "Appeal Form", located under forms.
