Under and by virtue of a Writ of Execution issued on the 25TH day of May, 2021 by the County Civil Court at Law No.1 of Harris County, Texas in cause # 840042,704 in favor of the Plaintiff – Deere & Company Plaintiff, for the sum of $66,082.81 ++++costs as taxed on said Execution and further the sum of executing the same. Therefore, on the 17TH day of June, 2021, I, Constable Mike Beard of Precinct One Fort Bend County, have levied on and have seized all rights, title, interest, and claim to which the said Defendant(s) – Sandy Gail Scoggins Et Al had of, in, or to the following described real property, and will offer for sale on the 3RD day of August, 2021 at the Fort Bend County Fairgrounds-4310 Highway 36 South, Rosenberg, Texas 77471 of said Fort Bend County between the hours of ten o’clock a.m. and four o’clock p.m., any and all rights, title, interests and claims which the above defendant had of, in, or to the following described real property situated in Fort Bend County, Texas; viz:



LEGAL DESCRIPTION:

The North Four (4) acres of Lot One (1) of Minnequa Gardens Subdivision, in the I. & G. N. R. R. Co. Survey, Section One (1), Abstract #352, Fort Bend County, Texas, together with the improvements thereon, more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at the Northwest corner of Lot One (1), Minnequa Gardens addition, located in the I. & G. N. R. R. Co. Survey, Abstract No. 352 of Fort Bend County, Texas, same point being located in the center line of the East and West and a North and South dedicated county road; THENCE East a1ong the center line of the dedicated county road 660 feet to a point for corner, same point being the Northeast corner of said Lot One (1); THENCE South along the East line of the said Lot One (1), a distance of 264 feet to an iron pipe for corner; THENCE West along a line located 264 feet South of and parallel to the North Linc of said Lot One (1), a distance of 660 feet to a point for corner located in the center line of a dedicated county road. THENCE North along the center line of a dedicated county road 264 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING containing four (4) acres of land, more or less.
