Under and by virtue of a Writ of Execution and / or Order of Sale issued on the 19TH day of October, 2020 by the County Civil Court at Law No. 3 of Harris County, Texas in cause # 1135974,702 in favor of the Plaintiff – Floyd & Baird Engineering ETAL Plaintiff, for the sum of $25,501.18 ++++costs as taxed on said Execution and / or Order of Sale and further the sum of executing the same.
