in Cause # 20-DCV-275472 and to me, as CONSTABLE directed and delivered, I will proceed to sell, at 10:00 O' Clock AM on the 7TH day of December, 2021, which is the first Tuesday of said month, at the Fort Bend County Fairgrounds, 4310 Highway 36 South, Rosenberg, Texas 77471 of said FORT BEND County, in the City of ROSENBERG, Texas, the following described property, to wit:

Lot 21 in Block 26 of Ridgewood Estates, a subdivision in Fort Bend County, Texas according to the map or plat thereof recorded in Volume 5, Page 29A of the Plat Records of Fort Bend County, Texas.
