Under and by virtue of a Writ of Execution and / or Order of Sale issued on the 30 day of April, 2021 by the 434TH Judicial District Court of Fort Bend County, Texas in cause # 19-DCV-269372 in favor of the Plaintiff – Greenwood Community Association, Inc. Plaintiff, for the sum of $10,362.31 ++++costs as taxed on said Execution and / or Order of Sale and further the sum of executing the same. Therefore, on the 3RD day of May, 2021, I, Constable Mike Beard of Precinct One Fort Bend County, have levied on and have seized all rights, title, interest, and claim to which the said Defendant(s) – Eddie J Armstead, Sr. had of, in, or to the following described real property, and will offer for sale on the 1ST day of June, 2021 at the Fort Bend County Fairgrounds-4310 Highway 36 South, Rosenberg, Texas 77471 of said Fort Bend County between the hours of ten o’clock a.m. and four o’clock p.m., any and all rights, title, interests and claims which the above defendant had of, in, or to the following described real property situated in Fort Bend County, Texas; viz:
