The Tax Sale will occur on Friday, October 30, 2020 at 10 a.m. and will be held at 503 McKeever Rd., #1505, Arcola, TX 77583.
This property was seized and will be sold under Texas Property Tax Code Chapter 33. Constable Beard is acting under the authority of a Tax Warrant and an Amended Tax Warrant issued in the civil action styled as Montgomery County, et al. v. Elsinore Aviation, LLC, 400th Judicial District in Fort Bend County, Texas, Civil Action No. 20-DCV-275988. The property was initially seized on October 7, 2020. The Amended Warrant directs Constable Beard to sell the property to satisfy taxes, penalties and interest amounting to $44,660.55 as of the date of the Tax Sale, along with all costs of the seizure and sale.
