Under and by virtue of a Writ of Execution and / or Order of Sale issued on the 9TH day of December, 2020 by the 240TH Judicial District Court of Fort Bend County, Texas in cause # 19-DCV-269312 in favor of the Plaintiff – Sienna Plantation Residential Association, Inc. Plaintiff, for the sum of $11,982.81 ++++costs as taxed on said Execution and / or Order of Sale and further the sum of executing the same. Therefore, on the 17TH day of December, 2020, I, Constable Mike Beard of Precinct One Fort Bend County, have levied on and have seized all rights, title, interest, and claim to which the said Defendant(s) – Lieu B.
