Under and by virtue of a Writ of Execution and / or Order of Sale issued on the 26TH day of February, 2021 by the 458TH Judicial District Court of Fort Bend County, Texas in cause # 17-DCV-244027 in favor of the Plaintiff – Sienna Plantation Residential Association, Inc. Plaintiff, for the sum of $14,974.10 ++++costs as taxed on said Execution and / or Order of Sale and further the sum of executing the same.
