Under and by virtue of a Writ of Execution and / or Order of Sale issued on the 15 day of April, 2021 by the 240TH Judicial District Court of Fort Bend County, Texas in cause # 18-DCV-258079 in favor of the Plaintiff – Sienna Point Homeowners Association, Inc. Plaintiff, for the sum of $13,890.19 ++++costs as taxed on said Execution and / or Order of Sale and further the sum of executing the same.
