Jail Misdemeanor Arraignment Docket
Purpose: To ensure compliance with Tex. Code Crim. Proc. Article 17.151 (bond reductions and personal recognizance bonds); to hear plea agreements, motions to adjudicate, motions to revoke probation, and mental health related matters for inmates being held on misdemeanor offenses.
Operations: Wednesdays at 1:00 PM

Attorneys are asked to contact the Attorney of the Day prior to 4:00 PM on Monday regarding pleas and/or any motions to be heard on Wednesday afternoon.
If attorneys are unable to appear or wish to have the Attorney of the Day handle an issue, please contact the Attorney of the Day appointed for the month or the Court Coordinator.
An attorney’s failure to respond to emails, telephone calls and/or text messages will result in the Defendant’s case being rolled to the following week docket.
MISDEMEANOR BOND CONDITIONS MODIFICATION DOCKET
Purpose: To hear motions for bond condition modifications for unfiled misdemeanor cases.
Operations: Thursdays at 3:30 p.m.

Misdemeanor Bond Revocation Docket
Purpose: Review bond violation reports to encourage compliance while the Defendant’s case(s) are pending, but where Information or the Complaint has not yet been filed by the State.
Operations: 1:00 PM on the 4th Friday of each month

Attorneys and Defendants are required to attend.
Defendant’s failure to appear may result in an arrest warrant being issued.
Language Access Services
If an interpreter is needed you must submit an ISR form - Completed forms must be submitted to the Court Coordinator copying Language Access at least 72 hours before any appearance or hearing at which counsel reasonably anticipates the need for language interpretation of the following nine languages: Spanish, Vietnamese, Chinese (Mandarin) , Urdu, Malayalam, Tagalog, Gujarati, Hindi, Arabic.
