Jail Misdemeanor Arraignment Docket
Purpose: To ensure compliance with Tex. Code Crim. Proc. Article 17.15; review motions for personal recognizance bonds, bond reductions, and bond modifications for incarcerated defendants charged with criminal misdemeanors.
Operations: Wednesdays at 1:00 PM

Attorneys are asked to contact the Attorney of the Day prior to 4:00 PM on Monday regarding pleas and/or any motions to be heard on Wednesday afternoon.
If attorneys are unable to appear or wish to have the Attorney of the Day handle an issue, please contact the Attorney of the Day appointed for the month or the Court Coordinator.
An attorney’s failure to respond to emails, telephone calls and/or text messages will result in the Defendant’s case being rolled to the following week docket.
Misdemeanor Bond Revocation Docket
Purpose: Review bond violation reports to encourage compliance while the Defendant’s case(s) are pending, but where Information or the Complaint has not yet been filed by the State.
Operations: 1:00 PM on the 4th Friday of each month
