A Pre-Proposal conference will be conducted on Tuesday, May 4, 2021 at 10:00 AM (central). The Pre-Proposal conference will be held in the 6th Floor Training Room, located at the Travis
Annex, 301 Jackson St., Richmond, TX 77469. A site visit will commence immediately following the Pre-Proposal meeting at the Detention Center Lobby, located at 1410 Richmond Parkway, Richmond, TX 77469. All vendors are encouraged to attend. Vendors must present a valid Texas Driver’s License or ID upon arrival at the Detention Center in order to participate in the site visit.
