The Honorable Laura Richard is offering a Keepsake Marriage Certificate to individuals who have previously purchased a Formal marriage license from the Fort Bend County Clerk’s office. The Keepsake Marriage Certificate is NOT a legal document, but a beautiful new design to showcase and commemorate one of life's greatest events. This document is available for $25.00 at all County Clerk locations and polysleeves are available for an additional $2.00 to protect each issued certificate.
The County Clerk’s Office now provides 24-Hour drop box services at two of our locations. For official public records, births, deaths and marriages, the drop box is located at the Travis Building beside the Mail Room at 301 Jackson Street (corner of 3rd and Liberty), Richmond Texas 77469. For court filings and fees, the drop box is located at the Justice Center beside the handicap access ramp at 1422 Eugene Heimann Circle, Richmond Texas 77469. Please ensure that your request is securely packaged in an envelope with appropriate payment when applicable and valid return address.
