Under and by virtue of an Order of Sale issued on the 17th day of December, 2019 by the 458th Judicial District Court of Fort Bend County, Texas in cause #19-DCV-261525 in favor of the Plaintiff Village Of Town Center Owners Association Inc. Plaintiff, for the sum of $7,796.01 ++++costs as taxed on said Execution and / or Order of Sale and further the sum of executing the same. Therefore, on the 30th day of December, 2019, I, Constable Mike Beard of Precinct One Fort Bend County, have levied on and have seized all rights, title, interest, and claim to which the said Defendant(s) – Larry Don Bingham And Kathryn Bingham Jointly And Severally had of, in, or to the following described real property, and will offer for sale on the 3rd day of March, 2020 at the William B.
