Event Description
A beautiful display of 250 current U.S. flags with historical fact tags for each year attached to each flag. In addition, a banner with the Declaration of Independence will be displayed. We will also have multiple historical characters like Betsy Ross, George Washington, Abraham Lincoln, Lady Liberty, and more. We will have yard games, cookies, lemonade, as well as patriotic music for attendees. At 10 am, we will have a brief ceremony. Sugar Land Mayor Carol McCutcheon and State Representative Suleman Lalani will provide remarks.
