NOTICE OF IMPOUNDMENT OF ESTRAY

On the 23th day of October, 2023, I impounded the following estray:
Kind of Animal: Bovine
Breed: Mix
Color: 1x black and white and 1x black
Sex: 1x cow and 1x heifer
Age: 1x adult and 1x heifer
Size: Cow: 900-1000lbs Heifer: 400-500lbs
Brand, Marks, Identifying Characteristics: none
and, on the 23th day of October, 2023, I filed a Notice of Estray in the Estray Book of Fort Bend County, Texas.
I have made a diligent search of the register of recorded brands in Fort Bend County, Texas, for the owner of the said estray, but the search did not reveal the owner.
Notice is hereby given that, if the ownership of said estray is not determined by the 14th day of November, 2023, said estray will be sold at public auction/sheriff’s sale at The Elcampo Livestock Exchange.
