Mandatory Pre RFP conference and site visit is scheduled for Wednesday, January 24, 2018 at 9:00 a.m. at Freedom Park located at 18050 Westheimer Parkway, Houston, TX 77082. Due to the nature of the project, the conference is Mandatory. This will be the only date and time vendors will be permitted to view the interior of the building with a County representative.
