Mandatory Pre-RFQ meeting will be held Wednesday, April 3, 2013 at 3:00 PM at the Barbara Jordan Park located 8705 Park Street, Needville, TX 77461. This will be the only opportunity for vendors to obtain their own field measurements. Failure to attend may result in disqualification.
