In order to have a party served you will need to complete a Request for Process Form located at
and submit it to the District Clerk’s Office. The cost to prepare service papers to a party is $8.00. If you are requesting to have it served via a Fort Bend Constable, the cost is $88.00.(Please note that the Fort Bend County Constable’s Office is only authorized to serve a party within the Fort Bend County jurisdiction).
If this is your first missed jury date, please contact our office, and we will reschedule you over the phone. If this is your second missed jury date, rescheduling will require approval from the Judge. You will need to send an email or letter to the District Clerk’s Office at the following address:

Beverley McGrew Walker, Fort Bend County District Clerk, is hosting a special Passport Fair BY APPOINTMENT ONLY as a community service and in an effort to make it easier and more convenient to apply for a U.S. passport.
When: Saturday, July 27, 2024

Timings: 8:00 am - 12:00 noon
Appointments are being accepted for the Passport Fair
(Limited Walk-ins will be accepted at this passport fair).

NO CASH OR CHECK PAYMENTS WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR THE EXECUTION FEE AT THE PASSPORT FAIR.
Note: *All applicants must appear in person (including minors). Minors under the age of 16 must appear with both parents. If one parent is not available, a DS-3053 form or a notarized authorization letter from the absent parent and a copy of his/her identification (front and back) is required.
