FORT BEND County on October 28, 2022 by the Clerk thereof, in the case of
CITY OF ROSENBERG VS. KEVIN CHRIS LUDWIG
in Cause # 18-DCV-258221 and to me, as CONSTABLE directed and delivered, I will proceed to sell, at 10:00O'Clock AM on the 6th day of December, 2022, which is the first Tuesday of said month, at the Fort Bend County Fairgrounds, 4310 Highway 36 South. Rosenberg, Texas 77471 of said FORT BEND County, in the City of ROSENBERG, Texas, the following described property, to wit:

Being Lot No. 8 in Block No. 2. of the Tobola Subdivision or 16.8 acres, being out ol' the West end of Lot No. Two (2) in the Donley Subdivision in the James Lowery 1/3 League, Abstract 275, in Fort Bend County, Texas, according to the plat made by Charles Schultz, said plat being shown of record in Vol. 296. Page 502 of the Deed Records of Fort Bend County, Texas, to which reference is here made for further description.
Levied on October 31, 2022 as property of
KEVIN CHRIS LUDWIG
to satisfy a judgment amounting to $16,188.42, representing delinquent taxes, penalties, interest, and attorney's fees through the date of judgment, plus all costs of court, costs of sale, and post judgment penalties and interest recoverable by law in favor of CITY OF ROSENBERG AND FORT BEND COUNTY.
