NOTICE OF IMPOUNDMENT OF ESTRAY Case No. 23-42739 Date: 10-17-2023 On the 16 day of October, 2023, I impounded the following estray: Kind of Animal: Equine, Equine, Equine, Equine, Equine Breed: Horse, Horse, Horse, Horse, Horse Color: Gray, Sorral, Red Roan, Bay, Sorral Sex: Mare, Mare, Mare, Mare, Mare Age: Adult, Adult, Adult, 6 months to 1 year old, 6 months to 1 year old Size: 875 - 975 pounds, 600 - 700 pounds, 575 - 675 pounds, 375 -475 pounds, 375 - 475 pounds Brand, Marks, Identifying Characteristics: None and, on the 17 day of October, 2023, I filed a Notice of Estray in the Estray Book of Fort Bend County, Texas. I have made a diligent search of the register of recorded brands in Fort Bend County, Texas, for the owner of the said estray, but the search did not reveal the owner. Notice is hereby given that, if the ownership of said estray is not determined by the 7 day of November, 2023, said estray will be sold at public auction/sheriff’s sale at El Campo Livestock Auction.
