NOTICE OF IMPOUNDMENT OF ESTRAY

On the 3 day of November, 2023, I impounded the following estray:
Kind of Animal: Bovine
Breed: black
Color: black
Sex: cow
Age: adult
Size: 1000-1200lbs
Brand, Marks, Identifying Characteristics: orange eartag#5 in left ear // unreadable tag in the right ear // tip of right ear has V notch
and, on the 3rd day of November, 2023, I filed a Notice of Estray in the Estray Book of Fort Bend County, Texas.
I have made a diligent search of the register of recorded brands in Fort Bend County, Texas, for the owner of the said estray, but the search did not reveal the owner.
Notice is hereby given that, if the ownership of said estray is not determined by the 21st day ofNovember, 2023, said estray will be sold at public auction/sheriff’s sale at The Elcampo Livestock Exchange.
