County Court at Law 1 Rescheduling Court Dates Due to Hurricane Harvey
In compliance with the Texas Supreme Court and Court of Criminal Appeal’s Emergency Order issued on August 28, 2017, Defendants who missed their court date due to Hurricane Harvey have until Thursday, September 28, 2017 at 1:30 P.M. to reschedule their case. Defendants may come in at any time prior to September 28th to reschedule their case

In compliance with the Texas Supreme Court and Court of Criminal Appeal’s Emergency Order issued on August 28, 2017, Defendants who missed their court date due to Hurricane Harvey have until Thursday, September 28, 2017 at 1:30 P.M. to reschedule their case. Defendants may come in at any time prior to September 28th to reschedule their case. Cases may be reset in the following forms: (1) Defendant may appear in person to sign a reset; (2) the attorney and defendant may both appear to sign a reset; or (3) the attorney may provide a signed reset with the defendant’s signature directly to the Court Coordinator.
