Remove and reconstruct Fair Office building, landscaping, irrigation. Reconstruct Midway parking lot and drainage. Remove and replace entrance gate at Midway. Improve Fair Administration office at Midway. Also, replace roof on Arena and repair flooring and foundations in Buildings C, CR and D.
