Chad Norvell, Constable Precinct 1
Constable Chad Norvell was elected to serve the residents of Fort Bend County, Precinct 1, effective January 1, 2021. Constable Norvell has been in law enforcement since 1993, with all of his service being in Fort Bend County. He most recently served as the Chief Deputy for the Fort Bend County Sheriff’s Office. Norvell has a BS in Organizational Leadership and is a graduate of the School of Police Staff and Command at Northwestern University. Prior to entering law enforcement, Norvell proudly served his country in the United States Marines.
