Weddings
All weddings performed on-site at the Courthouse require the $250 fee to be paid in advance. The fee for weddings performed off-site and/or after hours are to be determined.
Couples can book via email, by phone, or in person. However, the fee must be paid in-person within 24 hours of the booking.
Dates and times cannot be held without payment in full. Therefore, if payment is not made within 24 hours of the booking, the reservation will be cancelled.
Couples are responsible for obtaining a license 72 hours in advance of the wedding ceremony and must bring the license to the courthouse when paying the fee so that our staff will be able to complete the booking. We cannot complete the booking without the fee and the marriage license.
Couples should inform the Court of the names they prefer to use in the ceremony and of their gender pronouns.
Couples may select the courts standard vows or may provide their own vows to the Judge in advance of the ceremony.

Couples must obtain a marriage license at least 72 hours prior to the wedding. The license is valid for up to 90 days from the date that it is issued.
