Patrol Division

In addition to a highly visible presence in Fort Bend County, Precinct 3 provides supplemental patrol services on a contractual basis through our highly respected Contract Patrol service.  The Constable's Office currently has supplemental patrol contracts in SweetwaterRiverstone, Fieldstone, Woodbridge, Harvest Green, and Aliana Management District subdivisions.

This program has been in operation since 1992 and has been proven to be a cost-effective supplement to taxpayer assisted law enforcement services already provided by local and county agencies. We are proud of the success of this program and encouraged by the community response received from residents of these subdivisions.

Success of our contract patrol is largely due to the priority we give to highly visible community policing and our approach to community-assisted crime prevention efforts. The contracting governing board is provided a comprehensive report of all activity performed by all deputies in their patrol contract and are constantly updated on any crime problems we encounter.  Each program is explained in detail through the links to the left.

If your subdivision’s HOA / POA or MUD is interested in a patrol contract with our agency, please contact Chief Deputy Louis Urrabazo at Louis.Urrabazo@fortbendcountytx.gov.

Precinct 3 Commissioner

It has been my distinct honor to serve the residents of Fort Bend County as a County Commissioner since January 1, 1997. I’m committed to ensuring that taxpayers’ money is spent as prudently and as efficiently as possible. Fort Bend County provides a great bargain for its residents. For an average of about $50 per month per home the county funds the entire Justice System, including all of the Courts, the District Attorney’s Office, Constables, Sheriff, and Jail. The county also funds a county-wide Road System, Library System, Drainage District, and Emergency Medical Services. I led the effort to reduce the county tax rate from the region’s highest of 66¢ to the region’s lowest of 44¢, saving county taxpayers over $1 billion.  Some personal information about me:
