Constable Beard is acting under the authority of a Tax Warrant and an Amended Tax Warrant issued in the civil action styled as Montgomery County, et al. v. Elsinore Aviation, LLC, 400^th Judicial District in Fort Bend County, Texas, Civil Action No. 20-DCV-275988. The property was initially seized on October 7, 2020. The Amended Warrant directs Constable Beard to sell the property to satisfy taxes, penalties and interest amounting to $44,660.55 as of the date of the Tax Sale, along with all costs of the seizure and sale.
