The application period for the Fort Bend County 2016 Buyout and Rehabilitation programs for homeowners who were impacted by the 2016 Tax Day and Memorial Day floods closed on October 15, 2020.

Contractor Approval/Application Process
Contractor’s must complete the application linked below and submit it to Fort Bend County Community Development Department by either utilizing the upload feature below or mailing the application direct to the Community Development Department (mailing address listed below). Only pre-approved contractors will be eligible to submit bids for the 2016-DR rehabilitation projects.
Approved contractors will be notified of the preconstruction meeting/walk-through dates via an email to the contact person listed on their application. Only contractors who attend the preconstruction meeting/site-walkthrough for the project will be allowed to submit a bid. There will be one preconstruction meeting/walk-through for each project under this program.
