Request for Qualifications — Community Development

We invite qualified individuals, organizations, and firms to submit their qualifications for community development opportunities in support of our mission to strengthen and uplift the communities we serve in Fort Bend County, Texas.

Through this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) process, we seek experienced partners who share our commitment to equitable, community-centered development and are prepared to contribute meaningful expertise to our growing programs and initiatives.
