Mike Beard is from Palacios, Texas and has been a Fort Bend County resident for over 35 years. A family man with Christian principles, Mike is married to his wife, Marie, for 21 years and share 4 children and 8 grandchildren.
Constable Beard has 36 years of law enforcement experience and possess a Master Peace Officer Certification with over 4700 hours of training. Constable Beard is a 2018 FBI LEEDA Trilogy Award recipient. He is a former Needville Chief of Police and served on the International Police Task Force as a Deputy Station Commander in Kosovo.
During his spare time, Mike enjoys hunting and fishing as lifelong hobbies.
