Since 1998, the Community Supervision and Corrections Department has been assisting victims by providing certain services, which include:
  • Information and notification to certain victims as required by law concerning the offender's status while on community supervision.
  • Collection and disbursement of restitution as ordered by the Courts. Over the past 10 years the CSCD has collected and returned $10,527,442 to victims of crime in Fort Bend County.
  • Referral information to victims including Texas Crime Victim's Compensation Fund.
