The waiver for title requirements prevents the need to obtain a 68-A during this time. In addition, the department has extended the period in which a previously completed 68-A can be accepted. The 30-calendar day period has been extended to be consistent with the waiver to apply for title in a specified timeframe. A properly completed 68-A is acceptable until 60 days after the department provides notice normal operations have resumed regardless of the inspection date.
