Tax and Property Sales

The properties currently available for sale encompass a variety of categories, including tax sales, tax re-sales, as well as sales initiated by homeowners associations (HOA) or through execution. It is important for potential bidders to familiarize themselves with the comprehensive Sales Policy, which governs both tax sales and tax re-sales. A careful reading of these regulations is essential to ensure a complete understanding before participating in any bidding process.

Be advised that any property listed for sale may be withdrawn at any time prior to or during the sale without any prior notification provided to prospective buyers. Accepted forms of payment for these transactions include cash, cashier's checks, and money orders. It is crucial that any cashier's checks or money orders are made payable to Constable Patrick Quincy or the Fort Bend Precinct 4 Constable's Office.

Property sales take place on the first Tuesday of every month, with proceedings typically starting at 10:00 AM. These sales are held at the Fort Bend County Fairgrounds, conveniently located at 4310 Highway 36 South in Rosenberg, Texas.

Patrol Division

The Fort Bend Precinct 4 Constable’s Office is committed to practicing community-oriented policing, a proactive approach aimed at fostering safety and trust within the neighborhoods we serve. Our strategy emphasizes several key components: maintaining high visibility in the community, ensuring rapid response to calls for service, and actively building positive relationships with residents. This collaborative approach not only seeks to prevent and displace crime but also establishes a foundation of trust between law enforcement and the community, ultimately enhancing residents' sense of security.

Our dedicated Patrol Deputies undergo extensive training that equips them with vital skills essential for effective law enforcement. This training includes critical topics such as the appropriate use of force, the nuances of arrest, search and seizure protocols, cultural diversity awareness, community policing principles, accident investigation techniques, report writing, and emergency vehicle operation procedures. Working in tandem with the Fort Bend Sheriff’s Office, our Patrol Division utilizes the same computer and dispatch systems, enabling seamless communication and collaboration when responding to incidents and processing criminal reports. Each report generated by our team is meticulously reviewed and approved by a Precinct 4 supervisor.

For residents who live within the jurisdiction of the Precinct 4 Constable’s Office and require assistance with non-emergency matters, we encourage you to reach out to FBCSO Communications at 281-341-4665, selecting Option 1 for support. In the case of a life-threatening emergency, please do not hesitate to dial 9-1-1.
