Soni Varma serves as the Manager of Operations for the Fort Bend County District Clerk’s Office. In this role she supports office operations, administrative processes and organizational initiatives that help ensure the office continues to serve the courts and the Citizens of Fort Bend County efficiently and effectively.
Prior to joining the District Clerk’s Office, Soni has gained experience in operations, project management, internal and external coordination, and customer relations. Throughout her career, she has enjoyed creating organized systems, structuring policies and procedures and helping teams work more effectively towards a shared goal. Her ability to adapt, learn quickly and build strong working relationships has helped successfully transition into public service
