Division Supervisor - Accounting

Courtney Paterson is the new Accounting Division Supervisor within the Fort Bend County District Clerk's Office. She has been employed with Fort Bend County since 2009. In her 15+ years working in the District Clerk's Office, Courtney has worked in various departments including the Civil, Family, Criminal, Attorney General, Jury and Passports departments. Courtney completed the National Association of Counties' (NACO) High Performance Leadership Academy in an effort to improve her leadership skills.

Courtney believes that an effective leader does not wield authority but empowers those around them.
